What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site.

Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you pick and your message.
Get a Quote tool: your name, optional company, email, phone, project details (such as project type, preferred date and time, number of people, notes) and the options and estimate you selected.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, prepare a proposal or quote, and send you a confirmation email with a reference number. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your request.

Where it is stored

Your request is emailed to our team and saved in the administration area of this website so it is not lost. We keep it for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our business records. Our website host and email provider process this information on our behalf. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The quote tool remembers your progress in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab; nothing is sent to us until you submit. Text fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers to download them. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing info@cedarpeakstudios.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
